Critical Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) not washing hands in approved handwashing sink or automatic handwashing facility. Observed employee wash hands in bar three compartment sink not designated for hand washing. Education provided at time of inspection.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand sinks observed to have cleaning supplies in them. Hand sinks are to be used for hand washing only.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Gallon of milk that had been opened for over 24 hours was not date marked.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Working food containers not properly labeled. Container of soup in walk ion cooler did not have common name. PIC labeled.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Make table in front kitchen has debris on shelf. Please clean by 03/26/21
