Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Observed cutting block in Meat Dept. with deep cutting grooves with dark surface.
Action: Repair, resurface or replace cutting block.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed (two door) beverage air with gasket seem issue. Located in Starbuck's.
