Repeat Corrected During Inspection No soap at the handwashing sink in the deli area. PIC had soap dispenser restocked at the time of inspection.

3717-1-03 / Food - safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented
Corrected During Inspection Food was unsafe, adulterated, or not honestly presented. Observed two packages of Farmland sliced ham that appeared adulterated due to package integrity being compromised. PIC removed packages of ham from retail sale to be discarded at the time of inspection.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed a packaged salad in the retail cooler in front of the deli with an ambient air temperature of 50*F. PIC voluntarily discarded salad at the time of inspection. Discussed fill level of products in the retail coolers to ensure cold holding of 41*F or below.

Repeat Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. Observed the handwashing sink in the meat label room not properly sealed to the wall creating a space difficult to clean. Correct by next standard inspection.

No sanitizer test kit available at the three compartment sink in the meat label room. Correct by next inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Manual wash solution not being maintained at 110˚ F or above. Observed the wash water in the three compartment sink in the deli area at 94*F. PIC drained wash water at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed dust on the vents of the retail beer cooler. Correct by: 2/25/22.
