I called McDonald's Main office to inform them of the complaint which was that the bathroom's only have hand dryers and not paper towels. Because of this they will need to use bare hands to touch the door handle. Complainant was told that the health department would not allow paper towels. I informed the main office that they may use paper towels, but the use of air dryers alone is not a health violation. The main office was aware that the health department does not require paper towels if the air dryer is available. She would contact the store and inform them of the health department's requirements.
