3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and debris throughout entire facility. Entire facility floor is dirty & is not being cleaned on a regular schedule. To prevent the contamination of food/food equipment the facilty shall be cleaned on a regular basis to prevent a foodborne illness
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. Correct By: 22-Dec-2014
The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3717-1-06.4(A)/Repairing.
The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Observed water damaged & missing dropped ceiling tiles. To prevent the contamination of food/ food surfaces and prevent a food borne illness.. the roof shall be fixed & replace the damaged water ceiling tiles. This is a repeat violation & for me to sign for the 2015 RFE it shall be fixed or the facility will not be relicensed to sell food.
