Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. Droppings observed behind storage in dry goods room and behind oven and gas range. PIC had area cleaned at time of inspection and presented contract with pest control company for monthly inspection and an invoice from company for May 13, 2019 inspection and placement of bait. See note to file.
