Re-use of single-service or single-use articles. Observed plastic banana pepper containers being saved to re-use for onions, green peppers, and black olives. Discussed single use articles may not be re-used. Correct by next inspection.

Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed the coating peeling on the green wire shelves inside the walk-in cooler. Correct by next inspection.
