Can opener blade dull or creating metal fragments. Observed can opener blade that looks dull and losing outer plating.
Replace blade ASAP.

No covered receptacle in women's rest-room. Observed no employee bathroom with covered trash receptacle.
Provide a trash receptacle in employee rest-rooms.
