Observed the thermometer inside of the three door retail refrigerator reading -20*F at the time of inspection. Ambient air temperature inside the cooler was 35*F at the time of inspection. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed a refrigerator/freezer, mini cooler, mixer, chest freezer and crockpots/roasters that were non-commercial grade. When equipment no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment. Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed residue on the motor of the applesauce maker. Correct by next inspection.
