Critical Corrected During Inspection Food package(s) received in poor condition. Observed 3 cans of Enfamil, cans of peaches, and cans of soup in retail aisles to contain dents along seals. PIC removed cans at time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed ground turkey stored directly above pork and partially cooked smoked turkey tails stored directly above fully cooked ham in retail coolers. PIC relocated items during inspection.

Critical Repeat Presence of live insects. Observed small flying insects in deli and bakery area. PIC had employee begin cleaning walls and drains during inspection. PIC provided copy of most recent pest control report from 1/4/24 and states facility receives monthly pest control services. Discussed thoroughly cleaning areas to rid of pests. -Correct by 1/22/24.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed retail cooler door number A17 (where fruit juices are stored) not sealing properly. Repair to ensure door seals properly. -Correct by next standard inspection.

Inspection conducted and reviewed with leads/managers, as well as EHS from RPH. Risk level 3 activities include cooking, hot holding, and cooling TCS foods, slicing of ready to eat meats/cheeses. Inspection report emailed.
