Repeat Observed a handwashing sink without water at the required temperature. No hot water in the restrooms. Maintenance man for Wendy's has been contacted and will get to this as soon as possible. Have corrected before next inspection
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F (thirty-eight degrees Celsius) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.

Repeat The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. One floor tile missing in the walk-in freezer. Tile has been replaced, however; it is not grouted in. Have corrected before the next inspection.

Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. Salad cooler was not working properly. Ambient air temperature at 52.7*F.

Conducted the reinspection with Steven Schultz, manager. Continue to monitor shredded cheese in make tables, product shall be kept at 41*F or less.
