Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, or single-service and single-use articles are not properly stored. Observed some of the dishes stored inverted on the rack next to the sink and some were not. Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles shall be properly stored as described in this rule. Store all clean dishes and single use items inverted to protect from contamination from the premises.  |
