Critical Corrected During Inspection Food package(s) received in poor condition. -Sale Floor: Observed multiple cans of tomato juice that were dented along the seal and one pack of bacon with the package not properly sealed. PIC pulled all mentioned items from sale.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. -Deli: Observed packaged fried chicken, hot dog and egg rolls in the customer self-service hot holding unit to be 113*F-127*F. PIC voluntarily discarded products.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. -Deli: Observed a bucket of detergent solution and a working spray container of cleaner to not be properly labeled. PIC instructed employee to properly label containers.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. -OGP Area: Observed a spray bottle of cleaner stored above grocery pick up orders. PIC moved cleaner to a separate shelf separated from food.

Repeat Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. -Sale Floor: Observed no thermometer in the sliced lunch meat and cake display coolers. Correct by 2-6-20

Cooking equipment or pan surfaces unclean. -Observed the wire racks of the rotisserie to contain black carbon residue. Correct by 2-6-20

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Mops dried improperly. -Produce: Observed the mop not in use stored on the floor and not hung to dry. PIC chose to discard the mop head attached to due to it being torn.

Facility not maintained clean. -Deli: Observed ice build-up on the walk-in cooler floor. Correct by 2-6-20
