3717-1-02.2 (D) / Hands and arms: where to wash
Critical Food employee(s) not washing hands in approved handwashing sink or automatic handwashing facility. OBSERVATION: No available hand sink located in kitchen.

3717-1-05.1(G) / Handwashing sinks-Number.
Inadequate number of handwashing sinks. Observed no operating hand sink kitchen preparation area.

3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed can opener with food residue on blade.
Action: Clean blade on frequent basis and prior to reusing. Correct By: 08-Jan-2020

Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed pizza condiments stored on back table at 56 degrees.
Action taken: PIC moved items to a cooler.
3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Observed wet wipe cloth on table.
Action: Wiping clothes shall be stored in bucket of sanitizer between use.
3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed floor tiles missing in kitchen and back area in front of walk in cooler door. Observed hole in wall near hand sink. Observed edging material missing around wall edges.
