Discussed inspection with PIC Susan. PIC has Employee Illness Agreements signed and on file. -Continue to have new employees sign an agreement at time of hire. PIC states management requires that only maintenance personnel be called upon to handle any bodily fluid incidents. Ohio Department of Health Bodily Fluid Spill Procedure was provided in hard copy format to "Tony S." mailbox located in administrative offices. -See details of this document for required personal protective equipment (PPE), supplies, and sanitizers. Maintenance personnel and kitchen staff have mutual access to a supply closet near kitchen. -Store cleaning kit/supplies and Ohio Department of Health clean-up procedure in this location to ensure that these items can be verified during future inspections. Sanitizer bucket may be stored on window sill to avoid blockage of hand sink. Inspection report sent via email.
