Violations: A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Repeat Handwashing sink water below 100°F. During inspection, employee hand wash station only provided 72 degree F hot water after being run for over 60 seconds
Please adjust heat booster so that hot water measures at least 100 degrees F
3717-1-04.5(B)(1) / Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. During inspection, worker measured brocoli without sanitizing food contact surface of probe thermometer. CORRECTED, worker used alcohol swab to sanitize thermometer

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. During inspection, "First Fridge" 2 door Traulsen cooler had milk inside that measured 51 degrees F. CORRECTED, PIC discarded 30 one pint portions of milk.

3717-1-04.4(Q)(2) / Utensils, temperature and pressure measuring devices - good repair and calibration.
Utensils, thermometers, and/or pressure gauges not in good repair or calibrated. During inspection, Hobart 2 door cooler near kitchen office measured 38 degrees F and not actual 34 degrees F.
Please schedule regular calibration of all temperature measuring devices
3717-1-04.4(Q)(2) / Utensils, temperature and pressure measuring devices - good repair and calibration.
Utensils, thermometers, and/or pressure gauges not in good repair or calibrated.During inspection, "First Fridge" Traulsen 2 door cooler registered 41 degrees F when actual internal ambient temperature was 51 degrees F
Please schedule regular calibration of all mechanically cooled equipment
3717-1-04.4(Q)(2) / Utensils, temperature and pressure measuring devices - good repair and calibration.
Utensils, thermometers, and/or pressure gauges not in good repair or calibrated. During inspection, Hobart 2 door freezer registered 10 degrees when actual temperatures was -4 degrees F
Please calibrate temperature reading devices of all mechanically cooled equipment
3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. During inspection,, aluminum cart in dry goods room observed dented and no longer smooth and cleanable
Please repair or replace cart so that there are smooth surfaces for proper cleaning
