Complaint on 15-Mar-2023 : Inspection conducted with Asset protection coach and Deli Team Lead. Chilled rotisserie chickens observed to be whole and intact. No missing parts of pieces. PIC states nothing has changed in process with chickens. Chickens are cooked, place in hot holding, once time has expired in hot hold area they are then placed in blast chiller to cool to 41*F or less. After cooling they are placed in retail cooler for sale. Inspection report emailed. |
