Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Women's rest-room by walk in coolers had a temperature of 96F. Please repair or adjust so unit is above 100F.by next standard inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sign(s) not posted. Handwashing signs were missing in satellite kitchens A40 and A32. PIC had posted.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand wash sink in satellite kitchen A47 had cup in sink and B21 had food debris in it, also OB kitchen had sanitizer bucket. PIC had items removed and sinks are cleaned.

Utensils and equipment contacting non-TCS foods not cleaned at required frequency. Water dispenser nozzle in ice machine in dining room had calcium accumulation. Please clean.

Corrected During Inspection Detergent-sanitizer applied in sanitizing step is not the same as detergent-sanitizer used in washing step. Using two compartment sink for warewashing without using detergent sanitizer. PIC stated they will no longer use sink for warewashing.

Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of food items. Soda cans and water bottles stored under paper towels and soap for hand sink, exposed to splash. PIC had moved.

Corrected During Inspection Food not protected from contamination. Hobart mixer had seal leaking gear grease. PIC removed from service till repaired.

Corrected During Inspection Food not protected from contamination. Two personal drinking bottles found in four door freezer and personal partially consumed ice cream in A37 freezer. PIC had removed.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Single-service or single-use articles, kitchenware, or tableware not handled, displayed, or dispensed properly. Thongs in coffee corner were not stored with handles displayed and single use utensils in A40, A47, A32 were not stored in an inverted manner.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Black rubber for pepper dicer was missing teeth. PIC removed from service till repaired.

Corrected During Inspection Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Crescore left side exterior had hole with exposed insulation.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment and/or utensils improper construction. Posters taped to equipment, rendering them no longer easily cleanable.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Scoop holders for flour, oatmeal and rice are caulked to the top of the lids rendering them no longer easily cleanable.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment and/or utensils improper construction. Towels used to soak up food debris under egg scrambling grill.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Gaskets torn on doors of the following equipment: Kitchen A30 both freezer doors and lower cooler door, coffee corner reach in cooler, expo reach in #2, alto sham halo heat, crescore hot holding gasket, Vulcan seal and faceplate torn, walk in dairy cooler. Pleas have repaired or replaced by next standard inspection.

Critical Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Cracked arm on third small cooking pot, coating coming off.

Non-durable equipment observed. Ice machine, outside of walk in coolers is not draining properly.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Expo reach in #1 fan guard had dust build up and crestcore hot holding unit had dust on fan guard. Please clean.
