3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed a non-commercial Magic Chef microwave. When equipment no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed the sealing/coating on the shelves missing/peeling in several locations in the walk-in cooler. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Repeat No sanitizer test kit available. No bleach test strips available to determine the concentration of the sanitizer used in the dish washer. Correct by: 9/16/20.

3717-1-04.1(DD) / Warewashing machines - automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers.
Critical Repeat Warewashing machine does not automatically dispense detergent sanitizer and/or does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed. Observed a container of liquid chlorine sanitizer mounted on the wall above the dishwasher. No sanitizer observed in the lines at the time of inspection. No sanitizer detected in dishwasher when operated at the time of inspection. Discussed using the three compartment sink with the quat sanitizer until dishwasher is repaired to dispense chlorine sanitizer at 50 ppm or above. Correct by: 9/16/20.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed a build-up of residue on the fan guards inside of the walk-in cooler. Correct by: 9/16/20

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed residue on the inside of several Sterilite plastic containers holding clean utensils. Correct by: 9/16/20.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed an unused piece of equipment stored in the facility. PIC stated equipment intent is to be removed from the facility. Correct by next inspection.

Improper storage of food items. Observed boxes of food stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Correct by: 9/8/20.
3717-1-04.8(E)(2)/Clean equipment and utensils stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.
Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted. Observed bowls above the three compartment sink and metal pans on the dishwasher not covered or inverted to protect from contamination. Correct by: 9/8/20.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed cardboard on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces shall be constructed of materials that are nonabsorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable. Discussed obtaining mats that are easily cleanable. Correct by next inspection.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed residue in the back of the cabinet to the left of the True drink cooler. Correct by: 9/8/20.
