Conducted and reviewed with Owner Calvin. Protective film needs to be removed from all items before use. Gasket on walk in cooler needs replaced. Hand washing sinks need to have soap and paper towels. Doors under coolers need sealed. Farber ware hot holding unit is not commercial grade and is to be removed from facility along with non commercial microwave. Probe thermometers are needed for warewashing sink and make line. Test strips for sanitizer used are needed. Body fluid clean up kit needed with written instructions. OK to lisence. Emailed inspection
