3717-1-02.4(C)(16) / Person in charge: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for vomiting and diarrheal events.
Corrected During Inspection Person-in-charge did not ensure that the facility has written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events.. CORRECTED, sample draft policy provided to PIC
Person in charge shall ensure that the FSO or RFE have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involved discharge onto surfaces.
3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Cold or hot holding equipment did not contain a thermometer, or the thermometer was not correctly placed. At time of inspection, the Adaara refrigerator did not have a thermometer as required
A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. At time of inspection, the Kelvinator refrigerator had ice build up on the inside and needed defrosted for cleaning purposes
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.

Corrected During Inspection Observed no handwashing sign(s) posted at handwashing sink(s) used by employees CORRECTED, hand wash poster provided to PIC.
A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.
3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. At time of inspection, a spray bottle of Windex was observed on a shelf in the back room alongside with bottle of soy sauce and needed relocated CORRECTED, spray bottle removed away from foods
To prevent contamination, poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service or single-use articles by: 1) Separating the poisonous materials by spacing or partitioning; and 2) Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles or single-use articles. .
