Provided illness agreement, body fluid clean up instructions, chocking poster, cooling log and safe stacking order handouts. Facility is to bring in backflow for inspection when pulling license. Facility does not have safe water sample and will need to fill up from approved source before use. Facility is approved to operate. Emailed inspection.
