Conducted inspection with PIC; reviewed inspection findings w/ PIC Risk Level 3 FSO activities include: Cook/Serve....Menu consisted of: Precooked chicken nuggets (hot hold), prepackaged crustables, green beans (hot hold), fruit cocktail, raw carrots & celery (prewashed, precut) and pasteurized dairy milk. Tableware wrapped, single use.
