3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed first classroom on the right, immediately outside the cafeteria doors to have hand washing temperature of 88F. Ensure handwashing temperatures reaches at least 100F. Correct by next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.4(N)(1) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (chlorine) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. Observed sanitizing solution bucket and compartment to have a concentration less than 50ppm. Ensure chlorine sanitizing solutions are between 50-100ppm. PIC had solution remade at time of inspection.

3717-1-04.4(L) / Mechanical warewashing equipment - hot water sanitization temperatures
Critical Hot water for mechanical sanitization is below required temperature. Observed dish washing unit gauge for rinse water temperature to only reach 160F. Surface temperature was observed to reach at least 160F. Ensure gauge for ambient water temperature reaches 180F and the surface temperature to reach 160F. Facility is to monitor the surface temperature and if it does not reach 160F, immediately discontinue use, and use 3 compartment sink until repair can be made. PIC has a plan in place to have repaired. Correct by reinspection 3/13/2023.

3717-1-04.1(C) / Food-contact surfaces - cleanability
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed cracked bowl in the clean storage area that rendered the surface no longer smooth, durable, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. PIC voluntarily discarded the bowl at time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed handles of Vulcan oven to have sticky residue. Correct by reinspection 3/13/2023.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed caulking of the FRP paneling by the dish washing unit to be separating from the metal of the table. Repair by next standard inspection.
