Corrected During Inspection Observed food packages that are not properly labeled. Observed food in plastic containers with no name on them. Foods or chemicals not in their original container shall have a common name on them. Label the bottles with common name to prevent an allergery or mis use of the product
To properly inform consumers, packaged food shall be labeled as specified in law. CORRECTED: Employee marked on the containers the common name
3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Observed light bulbs or heat lamp that were not properly shielded or coated where required. Observed all the light shields down . To prevent a physical contamination lights shall be shielded. Management said they were all down for cleaning. They are in back area & looked to be cleaned. Replace light shields
Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, or linens, or unwrapped single-service or single-use articles and does not apply in areas used only for storing food in unopened packages. An infrared or other heat lamp shall be protected against breakage by a shield surrounding and extending beyond the bulb so that only the face of the bulb is exposed.
