3717-1-05.1(S)(1) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair. -Observed the handwashing sink in one of the unisex restrooms to be detached from the wall. Other restroom fully functional at time of inspection. PIC states work order to remediate has already been submitted to DG corporate maintenance. Correct by next standard inspection.

Discussed clean up kit items. -Make copies of employee illness agreement and have each person sign one, with a manager's signature beneath. -Keep signed copies on file in store. -Gather items listed under step #2 of the vomit clean up procedure. -Post procedure in a conspicuous place. Inspection report sent via US Mail.
