3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed scissors stored in the clean storage area to have visible residue. Ensure scissors used for food packages have the ability to be easily taken apart for easy cleaning. PIC demonstrated use of pliers to take them apart and had them sent to the warewashing unit at time of inspection.

3717-1-03.5(C)(2) / Food labels - packaged food
Label on a food packaged in-house did not contain all required information. Observed packages of Twisted Fig Tea both full sized packages and singular tea bag sizes to have incomplete labeling in the retail area. The full sized packaging was missing the statement of responsibility, ounces and grams, and full address including zip code. The singular tea bags were missing everything but the common name and the ounces. The following must be included on packaged food labels: statement of responsibility (name of business), common name of product, complete list of ingredients with predominance by weight, net weight (grams and ounces), complete address of facility including zip code, and name of each major food allergen. PIC stated she will be in contact with the manufacture about label changes, and does have information available if requested. Correct by next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed gasket of the freezer door to have visible residue. Clean by end of day 3/21/2023.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed acoustical ceiling tiles in the food storage that render the surface no longer smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. Additionally observed some tiles to have water marks. As the tiles become soiled or damaged, replace with smooth and easily cleanable tiles.
