Repeat Handwashing sink water below 100°F. At time of inspection, hand wash station near serving line registerd only 70 degres F after running water for 60 seconds

3717-1-04.4(Q)(2) / Utensils, temperature and pressure measuring devices - good repair and calibration.
Corrected During Inspection Utensils, thermometers, and/or pressure gauges not in good repair or calibrated. At time of inspection, digital probe thermometer and dial probe thermometer registered only 173 and 170 degrees F for Calzone when actual temperature was 189 degrees F. CORRECTED, all probe thermometers were observed calibrated during inspection

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. At time of inspection, employee restroom had sink that was not operational

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. During inspection, ice observed on edge of ceiling and wall in walk in freezer that deterred proper cleaning. Walls do not appear to be air tight

Comments
Conducted inspection with PIC Audrey Keiffer; reviewed inspection findings with PIC Risk Level III activities include: Cook/Hot Hold. Menu consisted of cooked Calzones, cooked refried beans, frozen prepackaged fruit slushie, pasteurized dairy milk. Hand wash station beside desk registered 99 degrees F after 60 seconds of running. Consider adjusting heat booster on sink
