Observed 125*F hot water, bleach sanitizer and test strips, food grade hose, ASSE 1024 back flow device. mini fridge functional with 37*F ambient air temp, additional chest freezer functional. Ensure references for bodily fluid cleanup procedures, employee health policy, and choking poster are maintained in mobile unit during operation. At time of inspection, mobile unit was using well water. PIC states unit will be using only water provided at events when in operation. PIC ensures food grade hoses will be sanitized prior to operation. Facility approved to operate. Operator to submit license application and payment in person at Richland Public Health on later date. |
