Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed no backsiphonage on hose in the mop sink. Hose was removed from sink until a backsiphonage device can be installed..
To prevent contamination, a backflow or backsiphonage prevention device installed on a water supply system shall meet American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE) standards and as referenced in the Ohio plumbing code for installation, maintenance, inspection, and testing.
3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Observed an outer opening, window, or door without proper protection against the entry of insects and rodents. Door sweep is gapped at the bottom.
To prevent contamination, outer openings of an FSO or RFE shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents as specified in this rule.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
