Repeat Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. No thermometer available in the back drink cooler containing milk. Correct by next inspection.

Repeat Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed a build-up of dried on food residue on the inside top of the microwaves up front and in the back. Correct by next inspection.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed a build-up of residue on the prep cooler gaskets up front. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-03.2(Q)/Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Improper storage of food items. Observed buckets of pickles being stored on the floor. Food items shall be stored at least six inches above the floor. Correct by: 11/21/19.

Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. Observed the prep sink and the hand sink by the drive thru not properly sealed to the wall. Correct by next inspection.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed a build-up of residue and debris on the underside of the spray nozzle at the three compartment sink. Correct by: 11/21/19.
