Corrected During Inspection No soap at handwashing sink(s) by the drive thru. PIC installed soap at the time of inspection.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed food debris in the front handwashing sink. Discussed using hand washing sink for hand washing purposes only.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed a cart in front of the hand sink by the drive thru. PIC moved cart at the time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. Observed the container of quat sanitizing solution by the front hand sink at 100 ppm. PIC refilled solution to a concentration of 400 ppm at the time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. Observed the broccoli and cheese soup in the warmer at 127*F. PIC voluntarily discarded soup at the time of inspection.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed the top layer of ham at 47-48*F in the cooler by the drive thru. PIC voluntarily discarded ham at the time of inspection. Discussed monitoring temperatures in the cooler by the drive thru as the top lid was not closing tightly. Discussed obtaining a knob/dial to adjust cooler temperature.

Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed tomatoes in the front make line at 47-48*F. PIC voluntarily discarded at the time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Observed a spray bottle of glass cleaner that was not labeled. PIC added label at the time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Observed a spray bottle of glass cleaner hanging above the food prep sink. PIC moved bottle to cleaning chemicals rack at the time of inspection.

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed a non-commercial Magic Chef microwave. When equipment no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed food residue on the outside of the plastic container containing the bags of ranch dressing. Correct by: 11/13/20.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed a build-up of residue on the shelves inside of the walk-in cooler. Correct by: 11/13/20.

Outdoor walking and driving surfaces not graded to drain. Observed an area of the concrete cracked and broken creating an area to hold standing water in front of the dumpster enclosure. Exterior walking and driving surfaces shall be graded to drain. Correct by next inspection.

Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed litter on the ground around the outside dumpster. Correct by: 11/13/20.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Ventilation system not maintained. Observed an accumulation of dust on the ceiling vent above the back prep table and on the ceiling vent above the three compartment sink. Correct by: 11/13/20.

Complaint on 03-Nov-2020 :
Discussed complaint and standard inspection with manager Toni. Discussed when to wash hands such as after using the restroom or taking out the trash, after coughing or sneezing, after using the phone, before putting on gloves, and as often as necessary to remove soil and contamination. Manager stated she will discuss proper hand washing and glove use with food employee. Mechanical dishwasher is currently out of operation and dishes are being washed in the three compartment sink. Emailed inspection report.
