Critical Corrected During Inspection Person in charge did not ensure that employees observed foods as they were received. Through discussion, PIC verified that temperatures of TCS items are not being taken upon receipt of items. Ensure temperatures of TCS are being verified upon receipt to ensure they items are being received at 41F or below. Education provided at time of inspection.  |
