Critical Corrected During Inspection Person in charge did not ensure that employees observed foods as they were received. Through discussion, PIC verified that temperatures of TCS items are not being taken upon receipt of items. Ensure temperatures of TCS are being verified upon receipt to ensure they items are being received at 41F or below. Education provided at time of inspection.

3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered. No covered receptacle in women's rest-room. Observed uncovered trash in the unisex employee rest-room. Ensure there is a covered trash can in the rest-room by 4/24/2023.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops. Mops dried improperly. Observed wet mop sitting in mop bucket unable to effectively airdry. Ensure mops are hung in such a manner that allows for the sufficient air flow to dry mops. Correct by next standard inspection.
