3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Display cooler in retail area had ambient temperature of 49F. Items that had been placed in display less then two hours were moved to cooler in bakery and dropped to 41F in an hour. TCS items, Individual cheesecakes, pumpkin cream cheese cookies and blueberry cheesecake muffins, that were out for longer periods were voluntarily discarded. 3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Three compartment sink had a leak under the drain. Please repair before next standard inspection.
