Discussed inspection with Janine and Jenny. E-mailed copy of inspection report to: LCDC@NEO.RR.COM & jennybrant.lcdc@gmail.com. Church has purchased a new standup Frigidaire freezer, that is home use. This facility uses the freezer for overstocked product. The new Frigidaire standup freezer is non commercial will discuss with EH Director, Joe Harrod. Facility may have to limit quantities to the current standup freezer in facility. Handwashing sink was previously cracked which extended to pipes below, in facility. Handsink was replaced like for like due to this issue. No violations observed during time of inspection. No hot foods to temp. Hamburgers temped were leftover from lunch today and were to be eaten by employees for lunch. Facility will need to submit application for reciprocity to obtain ODH non expiratory certificate for level 2.
