Complaint on 01-Oct-2020 :
Inspection conducted jointly with Joette Moore, RS. Discussed inspection with Bobby Brooks, Manager/PIC.

Copy of report sent via email.

Verbally discussed:
-Observed some Gerber Organic Oatmeal baby food product to expire in November and December of this year. Discussed ensuring products are rotated and pulled from sale when they reach expiration date.

PIC states facility policy is that only service dogs are allowed to enter. If a customer has a dog, the staff member at the door will ask if the dog is a service dog. PIC states if a dog is placed in a cart, they require a barrier between the dog and the cart, such as a blanket.
