Conducted inspection with PIC Kately Dekrell; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. Risk Level III activities include: Cook/Serve. PIC states food service does not have leftovers. Menu consisted of Ham & cheese sandwich, bagged chips, cooked apples (hot hold), cooked carrots (hot hold), pasteurized dairy milk. Recommend purchasing bags of ice or obtaining commercial ice maker with backflow prevention for cold holding purposes. |
