3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed icing on walls inside vault ice cream freezers. Action: Clean units on a frequency to prevent build-up.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions. Repeat Facility not maintained clean. Observation: Fan shield assembly has dust on shield/blade located inside walk-in cooler. Action: Clean prior to next regular inspection.
