Corrected During Inspection Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed styrofoam bowls on the back storage shelf that were not covered or inverted to protect from contamination. PIC inverted bowls at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed dust on the top of the dishwasher. Correct by: 10/25/22.
