Conducted and reviewed with Owner Colton. Hot holding merchandiser is not to be used till light bulbs are replaced with shielded bulbs. Unit is to be maintained as manufacturer designed. Sneeze guard needs to be re-installed. Damaged tile in men's restroom needs repaired. Seal womens restroom so that surface is non adsorbent smooth, durable and easily cleanable. Bare wood pallet wall by bar needs sealed. Bare drywall and wood in kitchen needs sealed. Hole in ceiling needs sealed in kitchen. Door into kitchen needs repaired so surface is non adsorbent, smooth, durable and easily cleanable. Glides for doors to 2 door bottle cooler in bar need replaced so that surface is smooth, durable and easily cleanable. Lighting at three compartment sink and under hood was below 50 FC. Please replace burnt out light bulbs so that work surface is illuminated to 50 FC. Unsealed wood on wall behind bar needs to be sealed by next standard inspection. Install light switch covers in kitchen. Hand sink in bar needs sealed to wall. Gasket on 2 door cooler in kitchen is torn and new one on order. Please install. Any produce washing is to be done in the sanitizer bay of the three compartment sink and done in a footed strainer and compartment is to be washed rinsed and sanitized prior to and after use. Choice beverage cart ice bin is non commercial and used for drinks. Once unit no longer functions as designed it is to be replaced with a commercial unit. Chest freezer LG FCMSDKBWH is not commercial. When unit no longer functions as designed, replace with commercial unit. OK to license once appropriate fees are paid and approval from building is obtained. Emailed inspection.
