Action: Replace/remove duct-tape with smooth, easy to clean surface.

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed Panasonic Microwave that is non commercial.
Action: When unit no longer performs to standard replace with commercial equipment.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed dirt on door rails on Freezer unit.
Action: Clean on a frequency to prevent dirt build-up.

Action: Clean area ASAP and on frequency to prevent build-up.

Ventilation system not maintained. Observed outgoing fan in back building has dust on fan shield/blade apparatus.
Action: Clean fan shield ASAP and on frequency to prevent dust accumulation.
