3717-1-06.4(K) / Controlling pests. Critical Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed flies throughout kitchen. Action: Screen doors shall remain closed during operation. |

Clutter through out basement. -Hard to clean area above walk in cooler and refrigeration units have heavy dirt/dust build up. - Provide screens/covers on equipment where motors are exposed. |
