Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed mildew above three compartment sink located on wall surface.
Action taken: Kitchen staff cleaned wall surface during inspection.

Facility not maintained clean. Observed dry milk residue under milk storage shelf in walk-in cooler.
