Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed a refrigerator/freezer, mini cooler, mixer, chest freezer and crockpots/roasters that were non-commercial grade. When equipment no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed residue on the top fan inside the three door reach-in retail cooler.
