Repeat Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the hand washing sink(s). Observed no paper towels at hand sink location.

Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. Observation; Could not located thermometer in reach cooler.
Action: Provide thermometer ASAP.

Repeat Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Observed cutting board that looks dirty(Hard to clean).
Action: Provide a surface that comes clean during use.

Repeat Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed ice cream freezer with icing on inside wall of unit.
Action: Clean unit on a frequency to prevent build-up of ice.

Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed outer wood rail under walk in cooler doors that unfinished wood looks dirty.
Action: Clean wood and repaint surface.
