Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Sprayer at the prep sink has visible build-up inside and out. Please clean today.

3717-1-05.4(P) / Maintaining refuse areas and enclosures.
Repeat Improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclable, or returnables. Concrete at the dumpster area has visible grease accumulation. The area is better than previous inspection, however; continue to remove build-up. Correct by next standard inspection.
