Corrected During Inspection Knives, forks and spoons that are not prewrapped improperly presented. Serving utensils in storage were not stored so that the touch surface of the handle was not in contact with the food contact surface.

3717-1-04.4(A)(3) / Equipment - cutting or piercing parts of can opener not maintained.
Corrected During Inspection Can opener blade dull or creating metal fragments. PIC removed from service till cleaned and blade can be replaced.
