Critical Repeat (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. -Observed raw shell eggs being stored above fluid milk in the general merchandise walk-in cooler. -Observed ground beef and sausage being stored above whole pork chops in the customer self-service cooler shelves.
PIC relocated all meat items to reflect proper storage order at time of inspection.
