Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed bleach, rod, and screwdriver in the handwashing sink near the 3 compartment sink rendering it inaccessible. Ensure nothing other than handwashing is occurring at hand washing sinks. PIC corrected at time of inspection.

Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials. Observed sticker residue on the exterior of the deli case rendering the surface no longer smooth, durable, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Correct by next standard inspection.

3717-1-06(B) / Outdoor areas - surface characteristics
Repeat Improper outdoor surface characteristics. Observed dumpster sitting on gravel, rendering the surface no longer smooth, durable, non-absorbent, or sloped to drain. PIC stated concrete is being poured next week. Correct by next standard inspection.
